RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you would like to make a return, please review our policy below.

- Clearance / Final Sale / Factory Seconds / FS
- Belts / Scarves / Accessories
Eligible items for return: must be unwashed and unworn (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with original tags attached.
- Returns MUST be postmarked within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- SHOES must be sent back along with its original shoe box. Damage to either shoes or shoe boxes will result in a rejection of your return.
- EXCHANGES are not permitted.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Pictures of damage will be required.
Failure to meet Return Guidelines
If your return does not meet our guidelines, your item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense. You will be provided a link to purchase a return label. You will have 30 days to pay for your return. We will only hold your rejected return for 30 days, after which the items will be discarded without a refund. Refunds are not given for unaccepted/rejected returns.

Refused and/or undeliverable packages are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus original and return shipping costs.
Occasionally, we may carry items clearly marked as Factory Seconds. These items may contain some minor fault of manufacture, but they do not affect the function of the items. Factory Seconds are Final Sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Rest assured, Factory Second(s) items are brand new.
ClayViz Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be addressed with the carrier as we cannot be responsible for packages outside of our control. You have the option to add signature confirmation to any package during checkout.
All packages are trackable and insured.
