Shipping & Delivery
For security purposes, the credit/debit card billing address MUST match the shipping address. If it does not, your order will be cancelled.
Shipping & Handling costs are calculated during checkout based on total purchase with multiple delivery options available.
Shipping is only available in the United States and US Territories. Additional shipping locations may be added in the future.
Carriers we use: USPS, FedEx, UPS
For greater security, you may choose a delivery option with signature confirmation during checkout as we are not responsible for packages outside of our control.
Monday-Thursday 10:00am-3:00pm PST, excluding holidays.
Allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Some areas of AK, HI, and US Territories may take up to 20 business days.
Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. **You will be notified if your order is not eligible for express shipping via email. You will have the option to cancel your order or continue with Standard Shipping and refunded the difference in price.
• Not available to customers outside of the continental U.S.
• Express cannot be guaranteed due to possible natural and handmade disasters and/or carrier delays.
Dedicated Saturday delivery is not available.
If you supply us with an incomplete or inaccurate address and your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (no exceptions, otherwise store credit) within 7-10 business days of the return MINUS the original shipping cost and return shipping cost, if applicable.
If you refuse to accept your package or the carrier deems your package as undeliverable and it is returned to us,
• You will be charged a 30% restocking fee
• You will also be charged the original shipping and handling fee plus any return shipping fees
• Allow 10 business days for the remaining refund.
LOST / NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES
All packages are shipped insured and trackable. If you inform us that you did not receive your package despite the designated carrier showing your package as delivered, you will be required to contact the carrier regarding the claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE under ALL circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not ship to P O Boxes or mailing services.
For our protection and our customers' protection, we reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
