How To Measure
Knowing your measurements is the best way to get the right fit. Measure your bust, waist, and hips with a vinyl or fabric tape measure. Ensure the tape measure fits snug yet comfortable around your body when measuring.
- Bust - Measure under your armpits around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist - Measure around your natural waistline.
- Hips - Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

All merchandise is thoroughly inspected for damage immediately prior to shipping. In the unlikely event your merchandise is received damaged, pictures will be required before a STORE CREDIT is issued. Claims of damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of package to - email@example.com
If the shipping container is damaged, you will be instructed to contact the carrier for all damage claims. All packages are insured and trackable.

Occasionally, we may carry items clearly marked as Factory Seconds. These items may contain some minor fault of manufacture, but they do not affect the function of the items. Factory Seconds are Final Sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Rest assured, Factory Second(s) items are brand new.
ClayViz Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be addressed with the carrier as we cannot be responsible for packages outside of our control. You have the option to add signature confirmation to any package during checkout.

If you supply us with an incomplete or inaccurate address and your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (no exceptions) within 14 business days of the return MINUS the original shipping cost and return shipping cost, if applicable.
If you refuse to accept your package or the carrier deems your package as undeliverable and it is returned to us,
• You will be charged a 50% restocking fee
• You will also be charged the original shipping and handling fee plus any return shipping fees
• Allow 14 business days for the remaining refund.
LOST / NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES
All packages are shipped insured and trackable. If you inform us that you did not receive your package despite the designated carrier showing your package as delivered, you will be required to contact the carrier regarding the claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
